With an attendance size of 25-45 people this lunch offers a great personal and social experience. Is High Tech, On-line and Always On, the Magic Bullet? . . . or Do Customers Just Want Somebody to Give a Damn!” Even the best companies sometimes make misguided attempts at innovation, adding high tech and low touch that often leaves customers feeling frustrated and not heard. Exceptional Customer Service = Perception minus Expectations . . . “How to give customers more than they expect.” We know it sounds easy, but are YOU and your employees really doing the most you can do? Now more than ever, customer loyalty has to be a top priority for any business. If you want to create truly compelling experiences for your customers it starts with building a customer-focused culture. This session will provide experiential learning about what is “Exceptional Customer Service,” how does it feel and sound and how to provide it. Activities will include peer collaboration and group problem solving in addition to “real time” practice and role playing of situational awareness and analyzing verbal and non-verbal behaviors.
