Every business has had to start at the bottom at some point and we all know that the climb to the top is not an easy one. Small Business Roundtable is a forum where small business can gather to discuss marketing issues, share solutions, and develop new ideas to help them succeed.

Gwen is a catalyst, entrepreneur, and combiner of things. She is building bridges among entrepreneurial resources in Tacoma and working to make the South Sound the best place to grow business.
A life-long learner, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science, with an emphasis in ecology and sociology, and is currently working towards her MBA. There is never only one path through life, and her journey has taken her through many industries and across the United States and abroad to Nicaragua, Belize, Peru, Chile, and Australia.
With a passion for innovation, a formal training as a scientist, and endless curiosity about how things work, she has found that sometimes you have to step back from what you think you need in order to see the big picture. As an entrepreneur, Gwen has been involved in many start-ups and owner-operator endeavors. She believes in patience, flexibility, and support networks.
