Refunds or credits will be made for canceled registrations, provided the cancelation request is received by the event registrar at least two business days prior to the start of the event.
Substitutions are welcome and encouraged for any event.
Refunds and credits will not be permitted for registration cancelations made the day of the event, or for no-shows.
