Sep 6 Grand Opening at Revisioned-An Urban Boutique
Revisioned – an urban boutique – is thrilled to announce our Grand Opening Extravaganza on September 6, from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Revisioned recently partnered with Pip & Lola’s Everything Homemade and launched a new urban boutique at 741 St Helens in Tacoma’s Antique Row/Theater District. Everyone is so excited about the new boutique that a party was in order. “Pick Your Discount” (pick your discount percentage up to 20%) Sale will be in full force, plus there will be music, tea, food and card making!
As Pip & Lola’s Everything Homemade focuses on saponification and wholesale, Revisioned – an urban boutique has assumed the retail space. The partnership provides two local businesses a symbiotic relationship and creates a supportive small business community where they can provide a venue for sustainably sourced and locally crafted artisan goods for a discerning community. Revisioned – an urban boutique had its soft opening on July 1, 2014.
Currently, there are jewelry, hand-dyed and reclaimed yarn, wood turnings, candles, BBQ rubs, clocks, chain mail jewelry and accessories, knit and crochet items, pottery, young girls’ dresses and skirts, aprons, upcycled clothing, cards, plus (of course) SOAP and a whole lot more.
Each month the Chamber hosts Lunch & Learn where you can come learn about an engaging and informational topic. With an attendance size of 25-30 people this lunch offers a great personal and social experience.

Sep 9 Roundtable 9/9/14
SAVE THE DATE: Roundtable with Ron Eidshaug
Ron Eidshaug
Vice President, Congressional and Public Affairs
U.S. Chamber of Commerce
Ron’s primary issue focus is EPA, energy and the environment. He will talk with attendees about the overall climate of D.C., and then get into the specifics of environmental regulation, and how those issues are colored by the overall climate and are part of the lack of trust between the Admin and Congress.
As vice president of the U.S. Chamber’s Congressional and Public Affairs Division, Ron Eidshaug helps oversee a team of 15 full-time Capitol Hill lobbyists. Eidshaug is a sought-after speaker providing an insider’s perspective of Congress. He appears at engagements with governors, senators, members of Congress, administration officials, and business leaders across the United States, and he speaks to a wide range of international audiences. Eidshaug has a unique ability to translate Washington-speak into language that business leaders can understand. Eidshaug is also the Chamber’s chief lobbyist on environmental, energy, and regulatory reform issues. He joined the Chamber team in 1999 and has served in a variety of roles. A native New Yorker, Eidshaug worked in the New York State Governor’s Office of Regulatory Reform from 1995 to 1999 during the George Pataki administration. Eidshaug has both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the State University of New York at Albany. He resides in Vienna, Virginia, with his wife, Pam, and their son, Evan.
