Stages of Business Growth
Presented by: Mel West, Prosperity Logic
Do you know what stage of growth your company is currently in and what it takes to get it to the next level? Running a company has plenty of challenges. Knowing that there are some predictable stages of growth and what to do to address them can make the difference between working “on” your business or going out of business.
If you are a CEO or senior leader of a company with 500 or fewer employees, this interactive Lunch & Learn will introduce you to a business process focused on building a Profit Driven, People Centered, and Growth-Smart organization by helping you to: 1. Increase your focus on the right thing at the right time; 2. Learn how to predict how growth will impact your company; 3. Get more clarity on what’s required of a leader as you adapt to the needs of the company in its current and next Stage of Growth.
If you would like to determine your company's current stage of growth, critically assess your company's past, present, and future to get the CEO focused on the right things at the right time, and identify the hidden agents, defined as 27 Challenges, that may be impacting the company's ability to grow, and develops a plan to solve issues, we invite you to attend this Lunch & Learn.
