Marketing Your Business Significantly
With mounting pressures of family and career life every business owner and manager is busier today than 20 years earlier. Changing jobs or moving up the corporate ladder is not an easy task during this tough economic time.
Business owners and manager need though-provoking marketing techniques to generate demand for your skills and abilities in the workplace. Business owners need a solid and effective plan to promote and market themselves whether it is for a new job or for that long awaited promotion.
Lead by marketing expert, Patricia Mannie of Patricia & Co., this presentation includes the importance of marketing research, writing a business plan, the Nordstrom philosophy of customer service and building business relationships.
1) Marketing YOU! We all like to buy however; no one likes to be sold! During this segment attendees will learn the necessity of marketing yourself through building solid business relationships, a well written marketing plan, defining your target market, competition and market research. Ideas on writing a strategic marketing plan for yourself will also be presented.
2) Building Business Relationships & the Nordstrom Philosophy
Ever wonder how Nordstrom provides excellent customer service? A high end restaurant? Boutique Hotel? Are these businesses the only ones with the answers? You too can learn this is no secret and hear of simple ways to implement this into marketing yourself.
3) Clever Business Owner What makes you as a business owner stand out from the crowd? Does word of mouth work? How do your personal social media postings affect your job? Mailing personalized letters versus typing an email. Learn proven ways of promoting yourself in a clever and successful way.
Patricia Mannie BIO
