The Campus Restaurant Supervisor maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, clean, and efficient customer service. This position supports the managers in maintaining department standards, overseeing team members, organizing staff and product for proper placement for service standards, distributing products to locations outside the university center, and adhering to specified quality standards consistent with health department policy and principles. Reports to the Director of Retail Services.
