JT is a lifelong Fitness Enthusiast. A three sport athlete in High School and AAU Wrestler. JT joined the Army at age 20 where he became certified Combat Medic and Paratrooper. JT was assigned to the Ranger Battalion, where he became proficient in advance Field Medical procedures and Combat Tactics. After the Army JT focused on Health and Fitness in both College and the International Sports Sciences Association. JT is a Licensed Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Counselor, who thoroughly enjoys pairing people with the right equipment to achieve their Fitness Goals, while offering sound advice to achieve said goals.
