DESCRIPTION:Updated 3/10/2020 -\n\nWe have just received notice from COL Bundt of Madigan Army Medical Center\, that due to high demand for his time when it comes to COVID-19 response\, his services are needed on JBLM and he will not be able to attend our military breakfast scheduled for Wednesday\, March 11th.  \n\nMadigan has responded to this public health threat by coordinating with 1st Corps\, Army Public Health\, and local public health authorities for guidance\, collaboration and response planning. Madigan is also working with community partners in order to ensure that everyone stays informed. You can find more information from Madigan on COVID-19 online. \n\nWe apologize for any inconvenience and hope to see you at our next scheduled event.  As of now we plan to have our next Military Affairs Breakfast on April 8th on legislative updates (Register HERE). \n\n\n\n\n\nMilitary Affairs Forum \n\n\n\nMilitary Affairs Forum works to enhance communication and opportunities between the civilian community and defense installations.\n\n\n\nSpeaker: Colonel Thomas Bundt\, Madigan Army Medical Center Commander\n\n\n\nCOL Thomas S. Bundt assumed command of Madigan Army Medical Center on July 13\, 2018. He hails from the state of Washington\, earning his bachelor of science in psychology cum laude from the University of Washington\, and was a distinguished military graduate commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Army. This is COL Bundt's second tour of duty at Madigan\, having been the chief of staff for the hospital. He also was the executive officer of Echo Company\, 3rd Battalion\, 3rd Brigade\, 104th Infantry Division\, in Bothell\, Washington.
