DESCRIPTION:The Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber\, Communities for a Healthy Bay\, and the Port of Tacoma have partnered to launch a new annual award program designed to recognize local Pierce County business that demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to environmental excellence and sustainability in our region.  \n\n\n\nNominations for the 2024 Environmental Excellence Award can be made for any Pierce County business whose work or programs generate measurable\, and sustainable impacts in our community in areas such as: air quality\, water quality\, land and natural resources\, environmental awareness and/or environmental stewardship.  \n\n\n\nNominations are due by Wednesday\, April 10. Submit nominations here.
