\n Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber Military Affairs Committee and the Tacoma Yacht Club present the 2018 Evergreen Fleet Cruise. \n \n \n With over 200 attendees and 15 yachts participating\, the purpose of this cruise is to foster networking and community links between civilian and military leaders. The Chamber invites military personnel in coordination with local installations and commands to attend this event. Business leaders are invited to sponsor and/or attend the event. \n \n Only the Chamber invites military guests. \n \n Evergreen Fleet Cruise Program: \n \n Prior to the event: Registered attendees\, the week prior to the event will receive an event reminder. \n \n Please note your complimentary registrant in the "\;Comments"\; section of the primary registration. \n \n The week of the event\, registered attendees will receive a notification with information on boat assignments. \n \n The day of the event: \n ~ 8:30 AM Welcome Reception &\; Breakfast \n Arrive at 8:30 am at the Tacoma Yacht Club to check in\, be reminded of your yacht assignment\, and have breakfast. Make sure to arrive at registration promptly at 8:30 am so you meet your yacht Captain so you are able to be directed to your yacht. \n \n ~ 10:00 AM Cruise of the Puget Sound aboard Tacoma Yacht Club yachts \n Boarding of the yachts will begin at 10:00 am sharp. You will be directed to your assigned yacht location by your Captain. \n \n ~ 12:00 PM Picnic at Tacoma Yacht Club'\;s Wollochet Bay Outstation \n You will arrive at the Wollochet Bay Outstation around 12:00 pm to enjoy a picnic\, music\, ice cream and beverages. Yachts will depart the Wollochet Bay Outstation around 2:00 pm. \n \n ~ 2:00 PM Depart the Wollochet Bay Outstation and Cruise to the Tacoma Yacht Club \n \n ~ 4:00 PM Arrive at the Tacoma Yacht Club and depart | \n
