Fully utilizing the free and low-cost assistance of Federal and State agencies is a first step to a successful export plan.\n\nWe would love for you to join us for the continuation of this informative seminar series and help you take another step toward expansion of sales into international markets.\n \n\nPresenters:\n\nZara Castillo \n\nDirector of Export Finance Assistance Center of Washington (EFACW)\n\n\n\nA native of Manila in the Philippines\, Zara continued her education in Washington State and graduated from the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. Zara holds a certification in Global Finance Management and Global Marketing Strategies from Thunderbird School of Global Management.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining EFACW as the Program Manager\, Zara's experience with trade and international affairs included Washington State Department of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce in Manila\, Philippines.\n\n \n\nLee Gibbs\n\nRegional Export Finance Manager - Washington\, Alaska\, North Idaho\n\nOffice of International Trade\n\n \n\n\n\nLee Gibbs is the Export Finance Manager for the SBA Office of International Trade covering the Washington\, Alaska\, and North Idaho areas. Prior to joining the SBA\, Lee had been with Zion's Bank for the past 17 years utilizing the SBA International Finance Programs and was at one time the Export Lender of the year nationally and received the SBA Export Financing Pioneer Award. He has over 38 years of experience in Agricultural\, Commercial\, and SBA lending\, and he has a strong understanding of the practical application and use of all the SBA Export Loan Programs.\n\n \n\nLee earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Brigham Young University. He is active with various District Export Councils and serves on the advisory board for the University of Idaho's College of Business
