Refunds or credits will be made for canceled registrations, provided the cancellation request is received by the event registrar at least three business days prior to the start of the event. 
 

Substitutions are welcome and encouraged for any event.
 

Refunds and credits will not be permitted for registration cancellations made the day of the event, or for no-shows.
