3:00 PM - 4:00 PM PDT
Participants will benefit from a diverse lineup of guest speakers, some of whom will also appear on the Chamber Podcast.
Discussion topics will include, but are not limited to, AI enablement, access to funding and capital, lease and rent support, marketing and business visibility, and HR and talent support.
We are pleased to welcome featured speaker Diana Royalty who appeared on the April 30, 2026, Chamber Podcast (link below!). Diana will discuss what it truly means to build people-centered workplaces that support both employee success and organizational growth.
This interactive conversation will focus on bridging the gap between what individuals need to do their best work and what organizations need to thrive. Diana will share practical, people-centered strategies organizations and small businesses can put into action to strengthen communication, align expectations, improve engagement, and create systems that support long-term success and a healthy culture.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and participate in meaningful discussion throughout the session. Whether you are a business owner, manager, or team leader, this round table will provide actionable insights designed to help organizations build stronger teams, foster better alignment, and drive meaningful progress across the workplace.

Diana Royalty is the COO and Co-Founder of People Centric Consulting Group, where she builds the frameworks, systems, and operating practices that help organizations connect what people need to thrive with what businesses need to succeed.
With an early career in education and an MBA, Diana brings a practical blend of human insight and business discipline. She helps translate big ideas into clear structures teams can actually use, whether that means shaping People Centric’s internal operations, building client-facing tools, or developing systems that support strategy, communication, execution, and leadership.
Diana’s work is rooted in the belief that people's needs and organizational needs are not competing priorities. Purpose, community, autonomy, and development (people's needs) are directly tied to strategy, communication, execution, and leadership (organization's needs). Her strength is turning that belief into practical frameworks and processes that help leaders create healthier teams, stronger systems, and better results.
She is driven by developing people, building aligned teams, and helping organizations create meaningful change that reaches beyond the workplace and into the community.
