SOUTH SOUND BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE - a Virtual Conversation
We all know that a business's climb to the top is not an easy one. South Sound Business Roundtable is a forum where ascending businesses can gather to discuss issues, share solutions, and develop new ideas to help them succeed. The agenda is set by the participants.

For our virtual round tables all participants will be asked to join via Zoom and share their screen and name your tile with your First Last Name and Company. The Zoom login information will be shared once you register. After the meeting all virtual business cards will be shared to the entire group to continue the discussion.

This week, to start the conversation off, we will hear from Monica Blackwood, CEO of West Sound Workforce to discuss staffing issues during the pandemic.

If you don’t find Monica in the office, it’s because she is volunteering, serving and lending her own talents to Boards and organizations aligning with economic development, education, workforce training/HR, diversity and many other things.

Graduating from the University of Washington as a third-generation Husky, Monica went on to earn an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University. She loves to have meaningful conversations, build sandcastles, and always finds a good reason to travel the world with her family.
