I'm the CEO and Lead Advisor of 902 Market Advisors, a Tacoma-based HR and workplace advisory firm. A PHR-certified HR leader and licensed private investigator, I spent over a decade guiding companies through complex people and operational challenges before founding 902 Market Advisors to help growing business owners move from reactive decision-making to confident leadership. Through our Clarity Catalyst approach, my team and I provide HR audits, workplace investigations, managed payroll, and fractional advisory support that help clients reduce risk and build stronger, more sustainable businesses.

Outside of work, I've called Tacoma home for 16 years, where I live with my husband, two kids, two cats, and a dog, and enjoy hiking, reading, and baking.
