With over 12 years in Human Resources, I understand both the strengths and limitations of traditional HR practices. My career began with a passion for making a positive impact, believing that HR should be a supportive ally for employees. However, I found that HR departments often focused more on legal compliance and corporate interests than on genuinely supporting employees.
This led me to become an HR Consultant for small businesses and an advocate for individuals wary of traditional HR. I aim to bridge the gap between employees and HR by offering clear, empathetic guidance on workplace issues and employment questions. I help businesses with fair, transparent solutions, employee relations, retention, and benefits administration, creating environments where employees feel valued and businesses thrive.
