I am a Staffing Manager at BBSI Kent/Fife has been the culmination of over 30 years of working with business owners and individuals obtain their definition of success.

I served in the United States Army then spent 13 years traveling the country as a national business consultant and trainer. I worked with large ticket retail customers with recruiting, training, and developing all their new staff. 

I then took the opportunity to purchase my own financial firm and spent the next 8 years working with business owners and individuals with achieving their goals professionally and personally.

I have learned to join my values of helping business owners and individuals obtain their definition of success with strengthening our community through employment and strong relationships. I feel that all my experience and knowledge have brought me to BBSI-Kent where my values align with the businesses and applicants I work with.
