My background includes a college degree in Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition and over thirty years of Food Service Management experience.
 
In addition to the above, I also bring the following to my daily operation:
  • HACCP certification conducted by the USDA/NOAA.
  • Successfully completed the Seafood Inspection Program conducted by NOAA/USDA/FDA.
  • Knowledge of modern-day cooking techniques and industry leading Culinary Skills.
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.
  • Leadership, Information System and Financial skills.
  • Positive, Team oriented work ethic.
