Denise is our Front Office Coordinator and keeps our team running smoothly. She joined Express Employment Professionals in 2013 and takes pride in being a key connection between employees and clients, ensuring every interaction is positive. She enjoys the fast‑paced, ever‑changing nature of her role and the upbeat environment it brings. Outside of work, Denise loves spending time with her family and two small dogs. She also enjoys crocheting and creating handmade pieces in her spare time. Her organization, warmth, and dedication make her an essential part of our daily operations.

In October 2021, Patti joined our team as an Employment Specialist in our Industrial Division.  She brings over 9 years of retail management experience with a customer connection focus.  Patti came to us because she has a passion for people and has a desire to make the community she lives in a better place by giving people hope. Patti loves all things in nature and is passionate about beekeeping and caring for rescued animals.  She loves music, working in the garden, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

I started my career with Express Employment Professionals working for the Centralia office as a temporary employee. In 2000, I became a full-time employee and started interviewing employees and working the front desk. 3 months later I was promoted to Staffing Consultant and was finding qualified employees to work with large industrial accounts and on call services.  Fast forward 4 years, I relocated to Tacoma and joined Tacoma Express team as a Staffing Consultant in the industrial/commercial division! With my extensive large on-site account management and on call experience, I transition into the Recruiting & Marketing Manager position in 2017.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with her family (2 stepsons, 1 grandchild, 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and 2 fur babies) and friends, traveling, shopping, getting outdoors and hanging out on the family farm and one day I hope to travel all over the world to as many different countries as I can.

Kim joined our team in December 2020 as the Employment Specialist for our Office Services division, bringing prior Talent Acquisition experience from Nordstrom. From the start, she shared her passion for finding the best talent for clients and matching candidates with the right opportunities. Originally from Yakima and raised in Tacoma, Kim has deep roots in the community. Outside of work, she loves cooking and baking, exploring her creativity in the kitchen, and sharing her creations with others. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking new trails and appreciating the calm and challenge of nature. With her dedication, experience, and enthusiasm, Kim excels in her role and is a valued member of the Express team.

Shelby joined Express Employment Professionals in November 2025 and brings more than six years of experience in training and management, along with 23 years in customer service and sales. She describes herself as fun-loving and playful, with a passion for learning and a continual drive for growth. Originally from Spokane, Shelby has lived in Florida and Texas before returning to Washington to be closer to her family and her best friend, her sister. Shelby is excited to support her community through her work with Express, helping others find a place they can truly call home. Outside of work, she enjoys the simple things - whether relaxing with a good movie and her two cats or spending quality time with her closest people.

Pamela White

Pamela has been a valued team member at Express since 1993. Her reliability and logical approach have been instrumental in the enduring success of the Tacoma franchise team. Throughout the years, Pamela has not only managed payroll for our associates but has also overseen crucial areas such as unemployment, medical benefits, and other employee concerns. In addition to handling these important responsibilities, she is also in charge of client reporting and managing account receivables. Outside of work, Pamela finds great joy in attending concerts and exploring new destinations. New York, Las Vegas, and San Diego are her favorite cities to visit, and she often finds herself returning to these vibrant locations. Born at Madigan and raised in Tacoma, Pamela is a proud Washingtonian through and through. And as a true fan, she passionately supports the HAWKS!
