Our depth of experience spans large and small commercial tenant improvements, custom residential, multi-family housing, retail, hospitality, medical, community centers, and more. We are experts in new construction, but as Tacoma and Pierce County continue to evolve, we do significant amounts of adapting existing existing buildings for new uses. We are experts in design for private development and provide feasibility services. We bring decades of combined knowledge and experience working with cities, counties, developers, private business, and individual owners.
