Dr. Geoff E. Foy Ph.D.
Geoff is a true blood Washingtonian. His French and German roots are from Yakima, he grew up in the port town of Aberdeen, graduated from Rogers High School in Puyallup, obtained his B.A. and M.A. at Gonzaga University in Spokane, currently works at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, and resides in Seattle with his wife, Bonny Giardina. With a doctoral specialization in Chinese cultural studies, Geoff is interested in supporting the Chamber and its members in areas of business development, international trade, and exchanges in education and culture.
