We are the IT department that many small businesses can't staff with employees. We provide full-service technology support, from computer repair, network management, server administration, technology consulting & planning, and everything in-between. We also provide cloud services for business telephony, Cybersecurity protection, business continuity, file sharing, and secure internet communication.

Our business process is to develop long-term relationships with our clients through a managed service contract plan. This ensures we are doing the best work possible for our clients and truly understand what they need for now and the future success of their business.

After 24 years in doing corporate IT support (from computer repair to infrastructure consulting and IT department management), I started my own business.  The business purpose is to deliver quality support to small businesses which we find is a niche that is largely vacant in the south sound.

I have been a close study in marketing, social media, and business management, as well as a great deal of personal development. From that personal development I wrote a book called the "Personal Retreat" in 2015 to help others in busy lives to make a plan for satisfaction in life.

I enjoy travel, business development, problem solving, and business & technology consulting.
