Nekaycha Cavil is an entrepreneurial-minded fashion enthusiast driven by numbers and logic. She has over 20 years of experience collectively in Administration, Accounting, Retail, and Customer Service. She is the CEO and designer of Kaycha C, a modest fashion brand with a mission to break the social constructs and distorted views built around identity and body image through clothing. Nekaycha specializes in helping small business owners to establish strategic implementation in processes in company collaboration, team building, on-boarding, and daily administrative tasks. Nekaycha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Norfolk State University. When she’s not working on Kaycha C, Nekaycha likes to travel and partake in extreme adventurous activities.
