I am a husband, father, and grandfather that lives in Tacoma's Hilltop community that is an active part of my community.  I love to mountain bike, play pickleball, and to hang out with friends at a brew house.  I am a person of faith and work hard to find congruence in my home, work, social and spiritual life.  I believe that we are the most effective when we have a confluence in every aspect of our lives moving in the same direction.  This allows me to show up as my most authentic self.  I work as a Congruence Advisor, applying tools of organizational development and executive coaching to guide my clients to their most integrated selves personally and professionally.
